Leadership Team

At Living Water, we understand that a healthy leadership structure is meant to support the church in achieving its God-given vision and values. The Leadership Team and Staff focus on pursuing what Jesus calls us to become and faithfully carrying that out. We are dedicated to building the Kingdom of God as the local church. Together, we will continue our relentless pursuit of New Life.

The Leadership Team meets for four hours each month to seek God, review what is happening in the church, and help set the course for the future. They do this alongside the Lead Pastor as he guides the Staff in carrying out ministry. The Leadership Team considers the big picture, poses challenging questions, and is responsible for ensuring we have the right Lead Pastor in place to lead the church forward.

Here are the eight leaders nominated by the Nominating Team to serve in this role for 2026: Todd Brahler, Michael Homula, Shawn McKee, LaVonne Ramella, Jack Steiner, Cheryl Sumser, Sara Taylor, and Ashleigh Weis

For this team to be empowered to lead,
we need the approval of the Living Water Owners.

Living Water Involvement:
I have been attending Living Water since December of 2018. My primary areas of serving are as a small group leader to the Junior girls in Epic Students and with our Adult Ministry as a teacher for Sunday morning classes. You can also find me volunteering occasionally with LW Kids as a dance worship helper and teaching on a Sunday morning during the main services.

Employment: I have been very blessed with the opportunity to be at home full time with our two children for the past three years. Previously, I worked in higher education at a Christian university in Virginia as well as the Associate Youth Pastor here at LW.

Family: My husband, Isaac, and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary later this year. Our two young kids keep us very busy and you will find them running through the lobby after service on Sundays!

Fun & Hobbies: When I'm not in line at pre-school drop off or shuttling kids to the library, you can find me working out, baking sourdough, searching thrift stores for good finds, watching a movie, or enjoying game nights with friends.

Ashleigh Weis

Dalton Campus
Living Water Involvement: I have been attending Living Water Dalton Campus for over 15 years. I have really enjoyed staying connected and in community through an IF Table as well as serving on the teach team for the adult classes that we offer Sunday mornings.

Employment: My career has been in a wide range of management across business, projects and teams. I am currently the manager at the Dalton Dari-ette and love being connected to the community in this role.

Family: As someone passionate about family I have been learning to embrace and thrive in singleness. I am learning to see it as the life God has given me and it is a gift I should steward well. I am deeply grateful for the 22 nieces and nephews that I get to love on and borrow whenever I need some "little people" hugs.

Fun & Hobbies: As spring is approaching I am looking forward to gardening! I don't do much but I love having a small vegetable garden and watching my dahlias grow. For quieter activities I enjoy reading and quilting.
