Leadership Team
At Living Water, we understand that a healthy leadership structure is meant to support the church in achieving its God-given vision and values. The Leadership Team and Staff focus on pursuing what Jesus calls us to become and faithfully carrying that out. We are dedicated to building the Kingdom of God as the local church. Together, we will continue our relentless pursuit of New Life.
The Leadership Team meets for four hours each month to seek God, review what is happening in the church, and help set the course for the future. They do this alongside the Lead Pastor as he guides the Staff in carrying out ministry. The Leadership Team considers the big picture, poses challenging questions, and is responsible for ensuring we have the right Lead Pastor in place to lead the church forward.
Here are the eight leaders nominated by the Nominating Team to serve in this role for 2026: Todd Brahler, Michael Homula, Shawn McKee, LaVonne Ramella, Jack Steiner, Cheryl Sumser, Sara Taylor, and Ashleigh Weis
For this team to be empowered to lead,
we need the approval of the Living Water Owners.

Fun & Hobbies: Erin and I love to travel together (mostly to Anna Maria Island) and explore new restaurants. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, cooking, reading, and I am an avid student of the American Civil War—specifically the Battle of Gettysburg.

Living Water Involvement: My wife Andrea and I started coming to Living Water in 2021 following Covid after listening online. We love the relationships made there and while hosting a growth group out of our home in Massillon. Andrea serves on the connect team at the Massillon campus and I help lead the Men's ministry. I'm also a member of the security team.
Employment: After 20 years in the Marine Corps with God looking over me with a lot of grace and mercy, I moved to Ohio and currently work in the Oil and Gas industry leading a team of individuals that design and build pipeline(s) along with other supporting infrastructure for Williams Company. I also am involved in the Legacy project at Massillon East Elementary.
Family: Andrea and I were both previously married and blessed to find each other after I moved to Ohio. Married for just over 10 years and going on til death due us part! We are empty nesters with 5 adult kids, some local and some spread out over the East Coast. Cole, Dominc, Taylor, Michael and Aidan who is our youngest and a freshman at OH-IO!
Fun & Hobbies: We enjoy all things outdoors, specifically hiking/backpacking, biking, and working in the yard. We recently got blow-up paddleboards and have had fun learning to not fall into local lakes and the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland!

LaVonne Ramella

Living Water Involvement: My husband Vince and I have been owners at LW since 2022. I currently serve on the Women's Ministry Team. I also help lead several small groups/Bible studies as well as volunteer as a greeter.
Employment: Vince and I, along with our 3 boys, spent 7 years serving in missions in Kosovo where I ran a small coffee shop for women. Since returning to the States in 2020, I've had various part-time jobs as well as being a care-giver to several people I love dearly. Currently, I work part-time in book-keeping for a local trucking business. I'm also working on a product I hope to launch later this year.
Family: Vince and I have been married for 27 years and have the joy and privilege to be the parents of Sidney (and his wife Kaylee), Bradie, and Justin. It is one of my favorite things in life!
Fun & Hobbies: In no particular order, I love to play games, read, travel, host people in our home, and take long walks. I marvel at what God has done in our lives and am so grateful to experience his goodness and faithfulness in every season.
