The early church experienced explosive growth from 120 believers to potentially 20,000 in Jerusalem, demonstrating a movement that transformed lives. This growth wasn't built on programs or buildings, but on people hearing the message and choosing to believe. When Peter and John were questioned about their power, they pointed to Jesus as the only source of salvation. The religious leaders were astonished that these ordinary, unschooled men had such boldness, until they realized they had been with Jesus.
